As a parent or carer who has a neurodiverse child or children, everyday life can be overwhelming and exhausting. The constant emotional energy needed, the mental and physical fatigue around the strict but necessary routines, are all part of being any parent or carer. However, with the neurodiverse child, constant demands on you can become too great.

Mind Movies combine affirmations, imagery, and music to reprogram your subconscious mind. This powerful visualisation tool helps you shift from struggle and self-doubt to clarity, confidence, and purpose. As your mindset changes, your daily life begins to align with your goals.

Animal Assisted Therapy 

Animal Assisted Therapy ( in person) Combining the therapeutic presence of animals to help grow confidence and discover the starting blocks to build and repair. Using solution based processes to assist clients to heal, recover and grow. This therapy is particulary beneficial for trauma and grief.  
This will involve an animal of your choice to groom, walk with, talk to and interact with, while offloading and discussing the problems or issues that are restraining you. Being busy and having the natural and complete empathy of an animal is soothing and enpowering, giving you the encouragement to open up and share.

Grief and Loss 

We often think of grief as something that follows the loss of a loved one. But grief can arise from any loss—the loss of a job, a relationship, hope, or the future you once imagined. 
 
Grief touches many parts of life. When losses begin to stack, layer upon layer, they can feel overwhelming and hard to name. 
 
With support, grief can be gently broken down into individual, recognizable pieces. From there, healing can begin.

Emotional burnout and finding your life purpose after trauma or grief can be a daunting and seemingly impossible task to undertake, Taking the first step takes courage and strength but you don’t need to take it alone. The Mind Movie Method is a therapeutic and engaging option to find, believe and achieve a positive future. Combined with clear and concise coaching this will give you the confidence and belief in yourself to move forward to your goal.

How it Works 

The first step is to fill in the contact form or call me and let me know you are interested. 
I will then arrange an initial discovery call with you, to learn a bit about each other, what goals you would like to reach and to decide if we are a good match to work together. 
We then decide on a work schedule and a time to begin. 
Sessions are taken via Zoom or in person if in the locality. 

Pricing Packages 

45 minute FREE Discovery call. All sessions ( either zoom or in person) are for 50 minutes duration. 
 
 

Starter pack  2 sessions over 4 weeks 

Starter pack 2 sessions over 4 weeks including back up via what’s app or email 
Full individual support all the way through. 
£400 

Package 2 3 Months 

3 months includes ten zoom or in person sessions. Back up if needed via whats app or email 
Full individual support all the way through. 
£1500 ( payment installments avaiable) 

Package 1 2 months 

Six zoom or in person sessions. Back up if needed via whats app or email. 
Full individual support all the way through. 
£1000 ( payment installments available) 

Package 3 

Bespoke to your time frame and needs. Eg. 3 months with 6 zoom or in person sessions. One each fortnight. 
Price based on specific needs and time frames. 
 

Group Sessions 

Six sessions over 2 months. ( minimum of 4 clients per group) £600.pp. ( payment installments available) 
Group sessions are a great way to access quality coaching at a lower price and meet with others who are aiming for similar outcomes and goals. 
The duration of a course very much depends on the client; how much time they have, what issues need addressing and how much time they may need to acknowledge and overcome some of the obstacles that have prevented previous progress. This may be two, three, six months or more.
